Miluše Makó / HEAD CHEF
Miluše Makó is one of the leading figures of contemporary Czech gastronomy. She specialises in modern vegetarian cuisine with a strong focus on seasonality, sustainability, and a zero-waste approach. She is an active member of the Bocuse Academy Czech Republic and a judge of the national Bocuse d’Or competition, where she contributes to the development of top-level gastronomy and mentors the next generation of chefs.
She also shares her expertise as a lecturer at the Gourmet Academy, where she leads courses focused on sustainable cooking, zero-waste techniques, and creative work with ingredients. In Gurmet magazine, she regularly publishes her author column dedicated to zero-waste education, combining high culinary craft with accessible solutions for everyday households. She is the author of the seasonal cookbook A Year at Green Table with Miluše Makó, which blends gastronomic precision with practical principles of home zero-waste cooking.
